摘要 FIELD: mechanical engineering; pipeline valves and fittings. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in liquid and second media transportation system, including transportation of abrasive, aggressive and explosive media. Proposed straight-through valve contains housing accommodating sealing unit, drive and stop devices. Housing is made hollow, consisting of two parts in form of solid of revolution, with cylindrical and side surfaces, radial slot is made in cylindrical surface. Through holes for working medium are made in side surfaces. Sealing unit consists of at least two flexible sealing rings and pack of disks. Disks are provided with through holes for working medium. One of disk is fixed. Other is installed for turning to provided control of worming medium flow rate. Drive is made in form of ring member with handle connected with rotary disk. Handle of ring member gets out through radial slot. Stop device can be pin-type, being mounted on housing parts. Valve is furnished with additional sealing unit consisting of at least two flexible sealing rings and pack of movable rotary and fixed disks. Rings member is made in form of holder with central axle of rotation and through holes for working medium. Cylindrical blind recess is made in each part of housing along longitudinal axis of valve to install holder rotation axle. Main and additional sealing units are arranged between corresponding side surfaces of housing and holder parts. Through hole made in main sealing unit serves to pass axle of rotation of holder. Stop device is mounted in place of connection of housing parts to provide relative axial displacement and prevent relative tangential travel. Through holes for working medium in disks of main sealing unit and in holder are of similar configuration and of equal number. Invention is aimed at reduction of control force, simplifying design of straight-through valve, enlarging its functional capabilities and sphere of application.
