FIELD: electronics, possibly precision measuring devices. SUBSTANCE: stabilized dc source includes two unipolar transistors 4, 6. First unipolar transistor 4 is used for power amplifying. Source of transistor 4 is connected with collector of first bipolar transistor 1, through second thermostable resistor 5 it is connected with common bus and through third thermostable resistor 10 it is connected with emitter of second bipolar transistor 2 whose collector is connected with first terminal of variable resistor 9. Mean terminal of variable resistor 9 is connected with gate of transistor 4 whose drain is connected with first terminal of load 7 and whose second terminal is connected with gate of second unipolar transistor 6, with second terminal of resistor 8 and with voltage source E. First terminal of resistor 8 of transistor source is connected with source of second transistor 6 whose drain is connected with second terminals of first thermostable resistor 3 and of variable resistor 9. EFFECT: increased outlet resistance, enhanced temperature stability of outlet current in wide range of electric currents and temperatures at small voltage of power source. 1 dwg |
