FIELD: biotechnology, microbiology. SUBSTANCE: method involves leavening the nutrient medium, growing microorganisms in nutrient medium, separation of bacterial mass from cultural fluid, its mixing with protective medium and drying. For this purpose leavening the nutrient medium is carried out with pure cultures Bifidobacterium longum T-89, Bifidobacterium thermophilum TP-8, Lactobacillus acidophilus 97 and Ruminococcus flavefaciens K-399 that are added in the amount 10% to medium volume and the parent ratio of cultures is brought about to be = 3:3:1:3, respectively. The proposed method provides preparing a fodder supplement with high content of viable microflora cells. Invention can be used in animal husbandry for prophylaxis of gastrointestinal infections in calves and stimulation of their growth and development. EFFECT: improved preparing method. 1 ex |
