SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with detecting disaccharidase content in biopsy sample taken out of duodenum, moreover, this method includes stages to provide contact of mentioned biopsy sample with disaccharide-containing substrate medium; and detecting the presence of desirable monosaccharide in substrate medium by applying device for quantitative analysis of monosaccharide mentioned. The innovation enables easily and quickly detect the content of disaccharidase enzyme in patients with suspicion for disaccharides' intolerance. EFFECT: higher efficiency of detection. 4 cl |
