FIELD: microbiological, food industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves preliminary treatment of cellulose- containing raw, among them barley or rice pellet, or cotton linter, or guza-paya are used for decomposition of crystalline structure and enhancement of its specific surface. This treatment is carried out by extrusion method. Prepared extrudate is subjected for enzymatic hydrolysis with enzyme preparations Asp. Mix B 2000 or B1 mix or celloviridine G20x taken in the mass ratio enzyme : extrudate = (1-3):(1-9), respectively. Proposed method is wasteless, ecological and inexpensive, it provides high degree of raw bioconversion in significant reduced time required for its realization.
