FIELD: medicine, urology. SUBSTANCE: one should carry out suprapubic access, perform pelvic lymphadenectomy, cross dorsal venous complex and urethra, dissect prostate against a bladder, apply vesicourethral anastomosis. Moreover, one should make incision of 3-4 cm length. Due to retroperitoneoscope one should perform lymphadenectomy. To isolate dorsal venous complex at rear surface of penis it is necessary to make incision of 1-2 cm length to tighten distal end of dorsal venous complex. Proximal end of dorsal venous complex should be tightened from the side of retropubic access. One should apply hinged retractors. The method enables to decrease the danger in development of massive hemorrhage out of dorsal venous complex. EFFECT: higher efficiency of operation. 1 ex |
