PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell offering improved power generating efficiency with an electrode having three-phase interfaces larger than conventional, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: A cathode 22 is formed of resin coated carbon 221 having carbon particles 2221 coated with fluorine contained cation exchange resins 2211 and catalyst carried carbon 222 having catalyst (platina) particles carried by the carbon particles 2221, while an anode 23 is formed in the similar way. |
