PURPOSE:To obtain a semi-solid electrolytic secondary cell having a semi-solid electrolytic thin film with large mechanical strength. CONSTITUTION:A semi-solid electrolytic secondary cell comprises a positive electrode, a negative electrode, a separator 4 and a semi-solid electrolyte 3. Hereat, the surface of the separator 4 is reformed by plasma discharge processing. In addition, the critical surface tension of the separator 4 is 35 dyne/cm or more. The positive electrode comprises compound oxide consisting of lithium and transition metal, while the negative electrode comprises carbon material in which lithium can be doped and undoped. |
