PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data transforming device which serves with a small amount of generation vectors and can greatly shorten data processing time when a circle is expressed. SOLUTION: One circle is expressed by four vectors A to D. When an X-Y rectangular coordinate system with the central point of the circle as the origin is considered, 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th vectors belong to the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th quadrants of the X-Y rectangular coordinate system respectively. These circle vectors are generated in the procedures as follows. First, a circle that is expressed by intermediate data is projected on an X-Y rectangular coordinate system in which the central point of the circle is the origin. Next, the circle projected on the X-Y rectangular coordinate system is divided into circular arcs of four quadrants. Then, vectors A to D which expresses the range of each circular arc are generated. Each vector A to D has a geometrical characteristic that corresponds to the circular arc of respective quadrants as information. |
