PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To photograph an observer himself/herself by operating a remote control camera installed at a position suitable for photographing and to carry back a recording medium with electronic data of images stored thereon or to read the data on the Internet. SOLUTION: When an image information receiving apparatus 40 carried by the observer receives location information from a location information transmitting apparatus 200 installed at a prescribed position, the image information receiving apparatus 40 transmits a monitor image request signal to a photographed image transmitting apparatus 30 and the photographed image transmitting apparatus 30 displays a monitor image. When the observer presses a shutter button of the image information receiving apparatus 40 and transmits photographing instruction information, the photographed image transmitting apparatus 30 carries out photographing and transmits photographed image information to the image information receiving apparatus 40 by using a radio transmitting means. The image information receiving apparatus 40 receives the image information, stores the information in a storage means and reproduces it later. The photographed image information is saved in a network management server 800 in relation with photographing position information and personal identification information. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
