PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the Schmidt width of a signal inputted from an input terminal variable. SOLUTION: An input signal from an input pad 400 is inputted to the gate of a transistor selected by a selector 470 among P type transistors 410 to 412 and is also inputted to the gate of a transistor selected by a selector 471 among N type transistors 420 to 422. An output voltage to a conversion data signal line 403 is inputted to the gate of a transistor selected by a selector 472 among P type transistors 450 to 452 and is also inputted to a transistor selected by a selector 473 among N type transistors 460 to 462. Transistors selected by each of the selectors can be changed and the Schmidt width can be changed by rewriting the set value of a control register 474 that outputs respective control signals to the selectors 470 to 473 in a programmable manner.
