PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cellular telephone which can appropriately manage personal information; and an information transfer system using the cellular telephone. SOLUTION: The cellular telephone A10 comprises: a display means 11 for displaying various information; a communication means 13 for connecting the cellular telephone to various communication networks; an image pick up means 15 having a close up function; an information analysis means 12 for analyzing the contents of information contained in the image picked up picture; a memory means 14 for classifying specified data by information for storage based on the analyzed information; and an information computerization means 16 for computerizing information so that the image pick up means 25 of other cellular telephone B20 may recognize the data by selecting the data held in the memory means 14.
