PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information presenting device, a method for a traveling object and a program for presenting information capable of being used by a common interface inside and outside a traveling object, and reducing any load on a user. SOLUTION: This device is provided with: an HTML file display engine 81 for displaying a page on a display unit 10 on the basis of received page data; a user interface image preparing part 84 for displaying the page and a user interface image being the item display of the information of each link destination when the information of the link destination exists in an HTML file; and an input device 9 for selecting an item used for jumping to the link destination from among the user interface image. The input device 9 is provided with: a plurality of switches 91 corresponding to the positions of the respective items in the user interface image; and a touch sensor 92 for instructing the switching of the display and non-display of the user interface image.
