PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and method which are useful at the time of determining whether evaluation and test methods or equipment is clinically equivalent to a standard test method or equipment, and to provide a computer-readable medium for instruction. SOLUTION: A report can contain a modified mean difference plot, a variability chart, the reliable section of a bias, and the plot of a section. A graphical user interface is provided to make the data related to the standard test method or equipment and the evaluation method or equipment identifiable. The fluctuating level in the standard test method is decided. The bias between the evaluation method or equipment and the standard test method or equipment is calculated. Then the reliable section of the bias is calculated. The bias between the evaluation method or equipment and the standard test method or equipment is compared with the fluctuating level in the standard test method and a report including the conclusion about the clinical equivalence between the evaluation method or equipment and the standard test method or equipment is prepared.
