PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a primary filter for measuring an exhaust gas for reliably removing interference constituents such as NH<SB>3</SB>and SO<SB>3</SB>salt mist regardless of a compact configuration. SOLUTION: In the primary filter 5 for measuring gas, a filter element 9 is provided in a case 6 and dust contained in a sample gas S is removed. In the primary filter 5, a scrubber column 10 for removing the interference constituents for interfering with the measurement of constituents to be measured is arranged inside the filter element 9.
