PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microwave oven with a radio capable of listening to radio signals by adding simple parts and formed with a key input circuit to improve convenience of use, and to provide a radio listening method using the same. SOLUTION: This microwave oven with a radio is formed by including a microwave oven driving module 10 for controlling cooking and radio modules 20 and 30 for receiving radio signals with a control by the microwave oven driving module 10. The radio modules 20 and 30 are formed by including an antenna 21 for receiving the high-frequency radio signal, a PLL circuit 20 for tuning the receiver signal to a frequency of a channel, which is selected by a user with a PLL method under the control by the driving module 10, to convert the receiver signal to an intermediate frequency signal on the basis of the generated oscillation frequency, and a radio receiver unit 30 for outputting the signal in a desirable zone from the intermediate frequency signal by amplifying and processing the signal.
