PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cool or heat a ceiling surface by Coanda effect by making the cold/hot air generated from an air conditioner flow along the ceiling surface, and to cool/heat a room by the heat radiation exchange with a dweller and the like by radiating the cold air or hot air from the ceiling surface. SOLUTION: A duct 6 for sending the cold/hot air generated from the air conditioner 3 is mounted on an upper face of the ceiling 4, and a plurality of diffusion guide members 8 mounted on a ceiling 4 face at specific intervals are connected to the duct 6 through a pressure-feeding means 10. The cold/hot air sent into the duct 6 is sent to each of the diffusion guide members 8 through the pressure-feeding means 10, and the cold/hot air from the diffusion guide members 8 is diffused and discharged to flow along the surface of the ceiling 4.
