PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a convenient winding device which can easily and favorably wind a fire-fighting hose. SOLUTION: This winding device is so constituted that a device body 5 is assembled onto a bed plate 1 provided with a bearing part 2. The device body 5 comprises a rotatable winding shaft 6 set up in the upright state on the bed plate 1 in connection with the bearing part 2, a handle 7 for rotary operation provided at an upper end of the winding shaft, a pair of guide rollers 11A and 11B for relay penetrating an object to be wound such as the fire-fighting hose wound around the outer circumference of the winding shaft 2, turning arms 9A and 9B extended in the radial direction of the bearing part 2 from the bed plate 1, and support rollers 10A and 10B supporting the object to be wound which is wound around the winding shaft 2 provided rotatably on these turning arms 9A and 9B. The bed plate 1 forms a plane of a storing box 15 which can be extended in the flat plane state storing the device body 5, and the storing box 15 is provided with a bundling belts 17A and 17B and a handle 16 for hanging for holding the storing box in the box state.
