PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire and a method for manufacturing the same capable of dispensing with processing of a die accompanied by change of a bead filler shape and excellent in economical efficiency when fulfilling various tire requirement characteristics based on the bead filler shape. SOLUTION: In this pneumatic tire equipped with the bead filler 6 on an outer peripheral side of a bead core 5, a sheet shaped auxiliary filler 7 is placed on the bead filler 6. The auxiliary filler 7 is preferably arranged in such a manner of fastening the bead filler 6 from both sides along the tire axial direction. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
