PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing construction of a gasket for a frame and a sheet material wherein mounting work of the sheet material on the frame material is facilitated, and the mounting work is automated, and also to provide a mounting method of the sheet material. SOLUTION: The gasket 1 for the elastomer-made frame is interposed between an edge part 30 of the sheet material 3 and a groove 29 of the frame material 2, seals between the sheet material 3 and the frame material 30 and fixes the sheet material 3 on the frame material 2. A cross sectional shape of the gasket 1 for the frame is made substantially uniform, and formed in the form of a crest. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
