PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color-changing device, simply removing parts not requiring the removal of a color-changing device, made as convenient for exchanging or repairing parts, or cleaning cotton dust, forming much extra space at the inside of the knitting machine and capable of knitting different form clothes by exchanging one more set of parts by utilizing the space with a manufacturer. SOLUTION: This color-changing device of a circular knitting machine constituted by a controlling mechanism, an actuating mechanism acting by receiving the drive of the controlling mechanism, adjusting mechanism arranged in the controlling mechanism and a releasing mechanism arranged in the actuating mechanism is provided by being arranged at the circular knitting machine, receiving the control by a yarn-delivering cam, yarn-receiving cam and color selection tool and performing the feeding movements of different color yarns to knitting needles to provide a jacquard effect of knitting with color changes.
