PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a powder of a natural ore to be easily printed on a cloth or a film to enable a negative ion effect caused by the printed powder of the ore to be given when wearing clothes, and to improve the washing fastness of the print. SOLUTION: A base layer 6 containing tourmaline is formed by printing a mixture obtained by mixing and stirring a powder of the tourmaline with an aqueous binder, on the surface of a cloth 4. A surface layer 7 made from the aqueous binder or obtained by forming a designed pattern with the aqueous binder is formed on the surface of the base layer 6 containing the tourmaline. A print part 10 is formed by the base layer 6 containing the tourmaline and the surface layer 7, and the clothes, e.g. a polo shirt, are formed by using a part of the print part 10. The negative ion effect is given always, for example, by wearing the polo shirt. The washing fastness is improved by forming the surface layer 7. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
