PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylindrical body holder capable of inhibiting a material such as a deposition material from attaching to an outer peripheral surface of a cylindrical body, when both end faces of two or more cylindrical bodies are simultaneously rinsed and an optical film or the like is deposited. SOLUTION: The cylindrical body holder 11 includes two or more receptacles 15-17 which have two or more concave grooves positioning two or more rod lenses 12 in parallel and springs 30 which press and fix the rod lenses 12 in the state that the rod lens 12 and receptacle are alternatively superposed. Two or more semi-circular grooves 17a, 17b having a diameter identical to or larger than that of the rod lens 12 are formed on the receptacles 15-17 as two or more concave grooves. Two or more rod lenses 12 are inserted and sustained by two or more semi-circular grooves 17b, 17a of two receptacles superposed vertically. In the state that two or more rod lenses 12 are pressed and fixed by the springs 30, each rod lens is inserted and sustained by two upper and lower semi-circular grooves having the diameter identical to or larger than that of the rod lens.
