In order for differential amplifier circuits (13,14) receiving an input signal to have equal dynamic ranges, the gate width and length of a transistor constituting the differential amplifier circuit (13) are so designed as to be larger than those of a transistor constituting the differential amplifier circuit (14); or the electron mobility of the transistor constituting the differential amplifier circuit (13) is so designed as to be larger than that of the transistor constituting the differential amplifier circuit (14); or the gate oxide film capacity of the transistor constituting the differential amplifier circuit (13) is so designed as to be larger than that of the transistor constituting the differential amplifier circuit (14).
