The material has a composite structure (1) with two or more layers (2, 3) comprising a fabric lower layer (2) with an upper coating layer (3). The coating layer has an upper covering layer, which together with the lower layer and the coating layer, forms the composite structure. The covering layer is a fleece. It is of the same material as the coating layer below it. The lower layer (2) has a weight of 30-80 g/m2. That of the coating layer is 15-40 g/m2. The covering layer weighs 15-50 g/m2. The composite structure is lined on top with bitumen or oxidized bitumen (blown bitumen), to a thickness of 1-8 mm. The bitumen is modified with plastic. It has a glass fleece substrate. The fleece is 50-100 g/m2 in weight. The composite structure has a lower bitumen layer. Its weight is 50-200 g/m2. The bitumen mass is cold self-adhesive. The underside of the bitumen has a felt- or release paper covering.
