PURPOSE: To provide an optical switch device which is capable of positioning an optical fiber in a horizontal direction and a perpendicular direction without using an additional member so as to improve easiness in mounting the optical fiber. CONSTITUTION: While a silicon substrate 2 is bonded on a surface of a glass substrate 1, a plurality of fiber-mounting grooves 3 for mounting the optical fiber 5 and an actuator 6 including a mirror 8 for switching optical paths between a plurality of the optical fibers 5 are formed on the silicon substrate 2. Further on an inner wall surface 3A of the fiber-mounting groove 3, a fiber clamp 10 for applying obliquely inclined pushing force to the optical fiber 5 is formed. Thereby the optical fiber 5 is pushed by the fiber clamp 10 toward another inwall surface 3B as well as toward the glass substrate 1 so as to position the optical fiber 5.
