PURPOSE: A heat transfer tube and a heat exchanger using the same are provided to expand heat transfer area of the heat transfer tube and improving efficiency of heat transfer or heat exchange without increasing size of the heat exchanger by spirally forming a part of the heat transfer tube. CONSTITUTION: A heat exchanger comprises a heat exchanger case(50); and a heat transfer tube(60) built in the heat exchanger case. The heat exchanger case includes a case(51) including a space(51a) for heat exchange; an inlet(52) formed on one side of the case to allow object to be put in; and an outlet(53) formed on the other side of the case to output the object introduced through the inlet. The heat transfer tube(60) includes an inlet tube(61) formed on the other side of the heat exchanger case; a built-in tube(62) extended from the inlet tube into the space in the heat exchanger case, and having a part thereof formed in spiral shape; and an outlet tube(63) extended from the built-in tube to the one side of the heat exchanger case, and formed on the one side of the heat exchanger case.
