PURPOSE: A synchronized welder is provided to improve welding quality by allowing a worker to perform welding work with optimum welding conditions based on a control program and a servo motor even if a welding object is changed. CONSTITUTION: A welding jig(20) having a plurality of hydraulic or pneumatic cylinders and a clamper is installed on a jig mounting section(31) of a jig frame. A jig plate(21) of the welding jig(20) is coupled to a jig rotating plate(33) of the jig frame through a jig jointer(32), such as a bracket. The jig rotating plate(33) of the jig frame is coupled to a jig rotating shaft(34), which is rotated by means of a servo motor(40) installed at one side of the jig mounting section(31), in such a manner that the jig rotating plate(33) rotates corresponding to a movement of a welding robot(10). A reduction device(41) is provided in the servo motor(40) so as to precisely move the welding jig(20).
