PURPOSE: A portable terminal having a camera device is provided to conveniently obtain a wanted image through a lens part without changing a whole position of a main body of a portable terminal. CONSTITUTION: A camera module(10) transmitting optical signals to a main body(1) of a terminal through a lens part(11) is rotative to the main body, so a user controls a control unit through a switch installed at the main body without changing a position of the main body. If a connection rod rotatively mounted at a rotary driving module(20) is fixed at an insertion fixing unit of the main body, and a connection rod rotating element rotates the connection rod, the rotary driving module and the camera module rotate.
