PURPOSE: An active center feel apparatus of a steering system for a vehicle is provided to prevent the rotation in fastening a locknut by improving the friction structure of the sides of a center sleeve to be fixed to an input shaft by the locknut. CONSTITUTION: An active center feel apparatus of a steering system for a vehicle has an input shaft(110) forming a sill(112) on a side of the middle part; a hollow center sleeve(130) installed outside the input, to have one end fixed to the sill; and a locknut(150) combined to the input shaft, to press the other end of the center sleeve. The active center feel apparatus forms a contact part on one end side of the center sleeve coming in contact with the sill, to improve friction resistance and a slip part on the other end side of the center sleeve coming in contact with the locknut, to lower friction resistance.
