PI-CONJUGATED POLYMER NANO-TUBE AND NANO-WIRE, AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: Provided is a pi-conjugated polymer nano-tube or nano-wire suitable to be applied in an electric and electronic nano-device, which has easily controllable electrical properties and is prepared with ease at a low cost. CONSTITUTION: The pi-conjugated polymer nano-tube or nano-wire is obtained by the method comprising the electrical polymerization of one or more monomers selected from the group consisting of aniline, pyrrole and 3,4-ethylenedioxythiophen. Particularly, the polymer nano-tube or nano-wire is doped with a dopant selected from the group consisting of camphorsulfonic acid, benzenesulfonic acid, p-dodecylbenzenesulfonic acid, tetrabutylammonium hexafluorophosphate, naphthalenesulfonic acid, poly(4-styrene sulfonate), HCl, HPF6 and p-toluenesulfonic acid.
