摘要 PURPOSE: A pusher arm roller device using material mass and acceleration principle of wire rod rolling is provided to improve quality and prevent facility damage by smoothly absorbing and distributing the force and suppressing the flotation force at the same time during formation of excessive loop of hot rolled steel product caused between roughing mill and intermediate finishing mill. CONSTITUTION: In a push arm roller device comprising an operating cylinder(10) for removing excessive loop caused when a hot rolled steel product proceeds between roughing mill and intermediate finishing mill, a pusher arm(20) connected to the operating cylinder(10), and push rollers(60) for removing the excessive loop of the hot rolled steel product as the push rollers(60) is being supported by the pusher arm(20), the pusher arm roller device using material mass and acceleration principle of wire rod rolling is characterized in that a pocket holder(30) that is a semicircular shaped clamp is fixed to an end part of the pusher arm(20), a roller pocket(40) is fixed to the pocket holder(30), a shaft fixed to the roller pocket(40) by vertically penetrating center of the roller pocket(40), and a push roller(60) is rotationally connected to a lower part of the shaft in such a manner that the push roller is not interfered with the roller pocket(40), wherein the push roller(60) is formed in such a shape that diameter of an upper part of the push roller(60) is wide, diameter of the push roller(60) is reduced as the push roller(60) is slowly being curved toward the lower side in a saddle shape having certain length, and the diameter of the push roller(60) is extended to the lower side as the push roller(60) is having the same diameter at a certain point.
