<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aging inhibitor or a cell activator having high aging inhibitory effect and cell activating effect and causing no deterioration in a skin care preparation for external use containing the same, and to provide the skin care preparation for external use containing the same, stable with time and having aging inhibitory effect. <P>SOLUTION: The aging inhibitor or the cell activator comprises as the active ingredient a liquid obtained by separation from a squeezed liquid derived from Lonicera caerulea L. var. emphyllocalyx or Lonicera caerulea L. var. edulis through concentrating or distilling the squeezed liquid. The skin care preparation for external use contains the aging inhibitor or the cell activator. Another version of the above skin care preparation contains, in addition to the aging inhibitor or the cell activator, one or more medicinal agents selected from another cell activator, antioxidant, moisturizer and ultraviolet inhibitor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
