METHOD FOR CONSTITUTING REMOTE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM, BASE STATION INCLUDING DATA COMMUNICATION MEANS, AND MOBILE STATION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for setting a remote communication system which can reliably transmit a plurality of transchannels having different qualities of service between a transmitting entity and a receiving entity in the system in a code division multiple access radio link.

SOLUTION: The transmitting side entity performs rate matching between various type services and multiplexes the qualities of these services at its completion time. The matching rate intrinsic to each quality of the service is determined based on a first parameter (Eq) expressing a ratio Eb/I of one bit mean energy to a mean energy of interference and a second parameter (Pq) expressing the maximum puncture rate intrinsic to the quality of the corresponding service.
