<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information providing system and an information providing device capable of obtaining required information while securing an anonymous person about an information providing system for exchanging information and an information collecting and distributing device. <P>SOLUTION: This information collecting and distributing device which manages a first address and a second address given to an individual in advance and manages the collection and distribution of information authenticates an information providing source, checks the payment of a transmission charge from the authenticated information providing source, performs address conversion between the first and second addresses when the payment is checked and supplies the information to the converted first address. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
