PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packing box which cannot be opened at its seal portion unless it is broken and cannot be re-used as a usual box. SOLUTION: When an insertion piece 11 at the extremity end of a lid plate 5 is inserted into an insertion hole 13 while both side protrusions 12 are being folded and bent in a rearward direction, the protrusions 12 are recovered under their repelling action and the insertion piece 11 is prevented from being pulled off from the insertion hole 13. Perforation lines 16 are cut at the lid plate 5 from both sides of a base end of the insertion piece 11. Perforation lines 17 are cut at the front wall 1 from both ends of the insertion hole 13. When the lid plate 5 is pulled up or the front wall 1 is flexed toward an operator's side, either the lid plate 5 or the front wall 1 is apt to be broken along the perforation lines 16, 17.
