PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the mounting structure of a door trim for a vehicle capable of improving rigidity in the direction of a vehicle width of a door pocket opening part without increasing the number of parts. SOLUTION: In the mounting structure of a door trim for a vehicle formed such that a door pocket 15 having a containing opening 10e extending in the longitudinal direction of a vehicle is formed in an expansion state in the inside of a car room, a mounting seat 10m in the shape of a cylinder with a bottom extending in a manner to partition a containing space 15a and make contact with an inner panel 2 of the door element 4 is integrally formed, a bottom part 10n of the mounting seat 10m is securely fastened against the inner panel 2 from the car room side.
