PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a seated person or a seat body from interfering with a unit in a vehicle interior and a vehicle body, when the seat body rotates. SOLUTION: A car seat device is provided with a rotary mechanism 14 provided on a support base 12 in the vehicle interior, a rotary body 15 supported rotatably by the rotary mechanism 14, and a slide mechanism 20 supporting the seat main body H on the rotary body 15 so as to slide in the forward and backward directions. It has a rotation inhibit mechanism 40 which can rotate the seat main body H from a usual time use position where it faces the front of a vehicle to a getting-on-off time use position where it faces exit by the rotary mechanism 14, can slide by the slide mechanism 20, and inhibits rotation when the seat main body H is at a position other than the center of the rotary body 15 by the slide mechanism 20 and a slide inhibit mechanism 50 inhibiting slide when the seat main body H is at a position other than the usual time use position and the getting-on-off time use position.
