PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a player to practice a shot in a state equal to an actual slope by using a simply structured mat main body having a slope. SOLUTION: A surface of a mat body 1 in a desired shape provided with artificial lawn 2 is formed into a desired slope (a) to vary positions of both of the feet of a player and a position of a practice ball into a desired sloping state.
