PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide two or more genetic identifiers (genesets) usable as diagnostic tools which determine occurrence or risk of breast cancer in a patient and usable in classifying a breast cancer cell as its molecular subgroup. SOLUTION: A customized specific nucleic acid microarray which is used in diagnosing and classifying the breast cancer cell is prepared by using each of the identified genesets. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
