PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular air conditioner by which improvement in performance is realized. SOLUTION: A left side air duct 110a and a right side air duct 110b are respectively divided into two air flow passages, in which the instrument panel 101 side is made to be side defrost air flow passages 160a, 160b, and side vent air flow passages 150a, 150b are provided on the reverse side of the instrumental panel 101, relative to the side defrost air flow passages 160a, 160b. Furthermore, the vehicular air conditioner is provided with a dew formation prevention control means to control the opening and closing of the defrost air flow to the side defrost air flow passages 160a, 160b, on the basis of the dew formation temperature of the side defrost air flow passages 160a, 160b.
