PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric part having favorable sealability by stopping the formation of a gap between a terminal and a synthetic resin due to a shrink at an insert molding time. SOLUTION: In the electric part insert molded in a case made of the synthetic resin so as to expose at least at one end of the terminal to an exterior, the surface of the terminal 1 brought into contact with the synthetic resin for constituting the case 10 is covered with a coating layer 3 made of a metal having larger thermal conductivity than that of a base material of the terminal 1.
