PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fowl droppings incinerator for generating gas having the heat available for power generation from fowl droppings containing a lot of incombustible components with a low calorific value. SOLUTION: In order to continuously form a layer A for ventilating to burn the fowl droppings and a layer B for ventilating to cool the rest of combustion generated by combustion of the fowl droppings with ventilation, a particles carrying and ventilating mechanism 15 is provided, and structured so that at least one part of the discharging air from the layer B for ventilating to cool the rest of combustion passes the layer A for ventilating to burn the fowl droppings. Furthermore, a layer C for ventilating to dry the unburned fowl droppings is formed in a former stage of the layer A for ventilating to burn the fowl droppings so that at least one part of the discharging air from the layer B for ventilating to cool the rest of combustion passes through the layer A for ventilating to burn the fowl droppings or/and the layer C for ventilating to dry the unburned fowl droppings.
