摘要 PURPOSE: A harmonic circuit for improving linearity of a receiving device is provided to generate harmonic components without influencing on a main signal, and to have different load in the harmonic components generated by a PNP transistor from load of harmonic components generated by an NPN transistor, thereby offsetting the harmonic components of the NPN transistor. CONSTITUTION: A harmonic circuit(4100) has the first terminal(401) and the second terminal(403). The first terminal(401) is connected to a collector of an NPN transistor BN. The second terminal(403) is connected to an emitter of the NPN transistor BN. The harmonic circuit(4100) includes a PNP transistor(BP41), and the first/second resistors(R41,R42). One terminal of the first resistor(R41) is connected to the first terminal(401) of the harmonic circuit(4100), and the other terminal thereof is connected to an emitter of the PNP transistor(BP41). A base of the PNP transistor(BP41) is connected to the second terminal(403) of the harmonic circuit(4100), and a collector thereof is connected to one terminal of the second resistor(R42). The other terminal of the second resistor(R42) is grounded.
