<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grease trap refuse remover for easily and sanitarily cleaning a grease trap for a cookroom obligated to provide with in a restaurant and a food processing factory, and useful for purifying a water quality. <P>SOLUTION: An L-shaped pipe 1 of an L-shaped structure having an installing part 6 adjusted to the size of a drain port 7 is arranged. A stopper 4 is arranged in an outlet part of the L-shaped pipe 1. A refuse net 5 formed in a bag shape by a rubber net attaching-detaching band 3 is installed in a lower part of the L-shaped pipe 1.
