METHOD FOR SEALING PACK FILLED WITH TOFU

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide safe and tasty Tofu (soybean curd) capable of being preserved for a long time.

SOLUTION: A method for sealing the Tofu is provided by filling a sterilized substance in gaps between of the Tofu and a pack and sealing with a lid, or putting the sterilized Tofu in the pack, releasing air in the gaps and sealing with the lid.
