<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide safe and tasty Tofu (soybean curd) capable of being preserved for a long time. <P>SOLUTION: A method for sealing the Tofu is provided by filling a sterilized substance in gaps between of the Tofu and a pack and sealing with a lid, or putting the sterilized Tofu in the pack, releasing air in the gaps and sealing with the lid. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
