<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion element module with less energy loss. <P>SOLUTION: By making an area of each cell Ca1-Ch8 a specified value or less, a current flowing through the cells Ca1-Ch8 is suppressed, and energy loss in a transparent electrode is reduced as much as possible. By connecting the cells Ca1-Ch8 to one another in series, the photoelectric conversion element module of relatively high open voltage and low current output is obtained.
