PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To select a card usually used or a card on which the change can be recorded so that it can be determined whether the change is recorded or not, according to each use form.

SOLUTION: The step is provided, for selecting a first method in which a part of the change less than a prescribed amount is recorded in connection with each ID, as change information, so as to be applied to a part of the payment next time or in future, and in which the rest of the charge is given in cash, or a second method in which all of the change is given in cash.
