PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reservation system, a central apparatus, a computer program and a recording medium improving a degree of freedom with respect to time in a student side when reserving a lecture in a system carrying out the lecture by relaying communication between a lecturer terminal device using a computer such as a personal computer operated by a lecturer and a student terminal device using a computer such as a personal computer operated by a student through the central apparatus using a computer such as a web server computer connected to a communication network such as the Internet.

SOLUTION: When reserving a lecture, reservation is carried out by specifying a time period from the side of the student operating the student terminal device, a lecture with respect to the reservation is requested to a lecturer side by the central apparatus, and the reservation is completed when the lecturer operating the lecturer terminal device accepts the request.
