<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare an extensible makeup language (XML) document without being conscious of a tag and a tag attribute. <P>SOLUTION: An XML document preparing device for preparing the XML document has the tag and the tag attribute of the XML, structure identification and an attribute kind corresponding to the tag and the tag attribute respectively, and a document type definition (DTD) converting part for converting the tag and the tag attribute. By preparing a folder indicated by a tree structure for storing the XML document, a cover, a chapter/clause, sentences, a picture, a table, double-sided paper or the like of management information, defining the structure identification and the attribute kind in the folder, converting the structure identification and the attribute kind defined in the folder into the tag and the tag attribute of the XML document, and combining the chapter/clause, the sentence, the picture, with the sentence, the picture, and the table which are inputted by folder of the table, the XML document is prepared. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
